Please read the following terms and conditions before registering for the Road Safety Education Program
Theory and Driving Courses
During the COVID-19 pandemic our theory courses are being offered online with a flexible schedule set by the administration. Our driving classes are offered with all the security measures recommended by the public health safety in place. Based on their availability learners may book driving classes online.
The administration retains the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears to have weakened faculties. Students who are 15 minutes late will be refused entry into the class and a penalty will apply.
If you need to cancel an appointment, you must inform a member of the administration 24 hours in advance otherwise a penalty fee will apply.
Payment Plan
We offer a payment plan with 5 instalments. The first payment is minimum $200.00 payable at the time of registration.
Contract Renewal
If students do not finish their program within the 18 months allocated a renewal fee of $75.00 will apply.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, students whose contracts expired during the months of March to June 2020 will have their contracts extended automatically.
Contract Cancellation
In case of cancellation, refunds will be based on the payments made and the courses taken in addition to a cancellation penalty which will correspond to the lesser of two sums: $50.00 or 10% of the courses not yet taken.
Amendments
We retain the right to make any changes it deems necessary including but not limited to prices, terms and conditions, penalty fees. In case of any conflict between information provided on the website and in person, the latter will prevail.
